Dr Agnes is a Cosmetic and Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, with almost 20 years’ experience in both fields.
In the field of Cosmetic, Dr Agnes is a Clinical Trainer, Presenter and Mentor for Merz Aesthetics Australia. She has a passion for everything science and furthers her knowledge by exploring the research into new anti-ageing modalities. Dr Agnes regularly presents at conferences and facilitates workshops and she believes that on-going education is part of her duty of care to ensure patients are managed with the safest and most efficacious products, procedures, and protocols.
As a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, Dr Agnes has an interest in inflammatory, metabolic, and hormonal disruptions responsible for aesthetic presentations such as obesity, lipedema, skin ageing and dermatological conditions. She integrates nutritional interventions as an adjunct to cosmetic treatments to address the underlying drivers of inflammation, restore balance to the body and enhance cellular repair and regeneration.
Dr Agnes is the founder of Bio-Alai, a company that offers streamlined and personalised nutritional solutions to help aesthetic practitioners improve outcomes for their patients. She has presented widely on the topic of nutrient therapies in aesthetics, the gut-brain-skin axis, resistance to fat loss and aesthetic presentations in peri and post menopause. Dr Agnes has curated an 8-module course, “Nutrient Therapies in the Aesthetic Setting”, designed for aesthetic practitioners wanting to offer a more holistic approach to client management.
